A while back I bought a couple of 120cm softboxes from E-bay trader timbo2821 (Aspect Photographic) which were very good value (one Octa one retangular which fit my Elinchrom studio strobes. They’re well made and have that most essential feature — the final pocket which allows one to slide the spreader in then pull the cloth up to the corner, rather than fighting to fit the end into the eing.
Accidents happen, and I found myself without a couple of spreader poles, which is rather limiting, so I contacted him to buy spares. While he didn’t have the size I needed he’s sending me a couple of shorter spreaders that I could weld together to do the job.
Thanks Tim!
